Toddler Girls Little Tikes Playhouse Washer Dryer Vanity Play Room Lot in Jamesburg, New Jersey For Sale

I am offering this awesome lot of mostly Little Tikes play room items plus much more. All items are in good , played with condition. I did wipe things down and used a magic eraser where needed. There are still some markings and signs of wear but nothing major and will make another little toddler girl (2-6 years old) perfectly happy. All items have been kept indoors. The playhouse has been in the house for years but used to be outside, it is missing one green shutter.

1~ Dream Dazzlers Fashion Show / Rock Concert dress up tent with light up runway that plays music(this works intermittently but I did change the batteries. Good shape and clean, but my niece wrote her name Kayla on one side in marker that I cannot remove in a small area.
1~ Little Tikes washer dryer set with ironing board and iron. Washer and dryer spin when you turn the handle. Great shape.
1~ Little Tikes Beauty Salon with loads of accessories including blow dryers, a curling iron, hair curlers, a large Barbie mannequin head(freshly washed and braided hair), pretend perfume bottle, telephone, hair clips, a Sesame Street Dancing Zoe jewelry box and all the other items you see in the photos, all in very good shape. Even includes a spinning salon chair and the pink waiting room chair as well.
